End User License Agreement (EULA)

## Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any game, application, or service provided by Horizon Studios ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Services.

## License Grant

Horizon Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this Agreement.

## Ownership

All games, software, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, logos, trademarks, text, and other content provided by Horizon Studios remain the exclusive property of Horizon Studios or their respective licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

## Restrictions

You agree not to:

* Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of our Services except where permitted by applicable law.

* Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our software, except where expressly permitted by law.

* Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized software that interferes with gameplay or platform functionality.

* Use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

* Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

## Updates

Horizon Studios may release updates, patches, bug fixes, improvements, or additional content at any time. Some updates may be required to continue using certain features of our Services.

## Online Features

Some games may offer online features or functionality through the Epic Games Store. The availability of online features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

## User Feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, screenshots, videos, or other materials relating to our Services, you grant Horizon Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such materials for the purpose of improving, developing, or promoting our Services.

## Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, except where prohibited by applicable law. We do not guarantee that our Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Horizon Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

## Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Horizon Studios may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

## Changes to this Agreement

Horizon Studios reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Horizon Studios website. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
